Mark L. Fine is one of Southern Nevada's preeminent real estate developers. His 30-year legacy includes an impressive list of the Las Vegas Valley's most successful developments, including Green Valley, Quail Ridge Estates, and Green Valley Athletic Club, now known as Club Sport.
During his four years as president of the Summerlin division of The Howard Hughes Corporation, Fine was responsible for launching the master-planned community, which became the nation's fastest-selling community less than two years after the first family moved there. Fine was also an active participant in Park Towers, Las Vegas' premier luxury high-rise condominium. He and his wife, Gloria, live in Las Vegas. They have five children between them.
