Michael D. Fraizer has been Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Genworth Financial since 2004. Previously, he held many positions with GE, including Senior VP, Director of GE Capital and President of GE Financial Assurance Holdings, Inc.
Fraizer serves as a trustee of the Virginia Foundation for Independent Colleges and the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Business Foundation. He also serves on the Boards of the American Council of Life Insurers and the Financial Services Roundtable. He received a B.A. in political science from Carleton College in 1980.
