Julie Pippenger
Chief Executive Officer

Julie Pippenger is the Chief Executive Officer of the Andre Agassi Foundation for Education, joining the organization in 1997. Julie has played a key leadership role in the organization’s mission to transform public education. She also served for two years as COO of the Andre Agassi College Preparatory Academy, a public charter school in Clark County, Nevada.

In her dual capacities, Julie oversaw a wide range of operations and strategic initiatives. She managed the design and construction of Agassi Prep and its subsequent expansions—a $40 million capital project—and directed financial planning, grant submissions, and fundraising. She also led coordination efforts for the Foundation’s signature event, the Grand Slam for Children, which raised more than $70 million over 14 years to support education-focused programs.

An active member of the Las Vegas community, Julie has served on numerous nonprofit boards, including the Boys & Girls Club of Las Vegas and R&R Partners Foundation. In recognition of her impact, she has received several honors, including the “Woman & Youth” award in 2000 and the “Hometown Heroes” award in 2006.

Julie began her career in hospitality after earning her BS in Travel and Tourism from Niagara University in New York.
